Fairway Moving is a local family-owned moving company. Fairway Moving has been based out of Carolina Forest since 2008. The owners are, Michael & Sally Nierwienski, who also reside in beautiful Carolina Forest. Michael began his moving career in 1988 in Ellicott City Maryland as an Owner Operator for Ace Relocation, an Atlas affiliate. Mike relocated to Carolina Forest in 2006. Sally is from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania (Go Steelerz) with a background in marketing. Combined, they are the proud parents of Matt, a real estate photographer in Durham. Zachary, who joined the US Navy in 2024 and Isabella who is currently a Senior at Carolina Forest High School and then soon off to college in 2025. All three children have grown up in the Carolina Forest Area Schools from Pre-K through Graduation.
